Farms and Breathtaking fields! Autumn in Quebec, that transitional season running from September to November, is heralded by an explosion of textures, colors, aromas and flavors. The color combinations are stupendous and at their peak in late September to mid- October, and often well into November. The leaves change from green to yellow, orange and red, and fields of mature crops provide passersby with breathtaking country side backdrops!
